Q: How does the ordering process work?

A: 

Step 1 - Go to the shop page
Step 2 - Click on the various items that you would like to order. You may need to make additional choices for colour, size and quantity.
Step 3 - Click the 'Add to Cart' button. The item and all details will be added onto an order list.
Step 4 - You can either return back to the shop to continue adding items to your order. or choose to 'Checkout' and send the final order.
Step 5 - When we receive your order we will compile and email you your invoice.

Q: How can I care for my jewellery?

A: 

All our wooden jewellery is cut from a white oak ply and hand assembled with the greatest of care and love. Please take care not to shower, bath or swim with your beloved wooden pieces, although the wood itself resists water well and the glue is of the highest standard, water and extreme temperature fluctuations may compromise its structure.

Silver, Brass & Copper:
Metals will naturally develop a surface patina with time; this is from oxygen, perfumes and skin acidity. To clean your metal jewellery you can usean old soft toothbrush/cloth, hot water and liquid soap to lightly scrub over the surface. Rinse in clean hot water and dry the jewellery piece with a soft cloth. The best way to keep your jewellery clean is to wear it.
*We strive to use quality materials, be as accurate as possible and take great care in our manufacturing. However because each piece is special and unique, please allow for slight variations in shapes and sizes.

Q: How is the lucky bean range jewellery packaged?

A: 

We have designed our packaging to be able to be displayed on our rotating stands or to be easily displayed in your preferred style.
Our Wooden jewellery pieces all come in specially designed and branded envelopes with a clear plastic window in front that makes them perfect to display in a store or retail environment while keeping them free from dust. Our silver, brass and copper pieces all come in specially designed gift boxes, with care instructions included.
All our packaging is earth conscious and is FSC Certified. We also offer custom branded envelopes with your lodge/store logo on them. Click here to view our custom branding options.

Q: What materials do you use for your jewellery?

Our wooden jewellery is made from a White Oak ply and our hand cut and handcrafted precious metals are from solid sterling silver, Brass or copper.

Q: What is the Lead time when ordering?

A: 

Orders usually take 7-10 working days to complete, however we strive to finish your order as soon as possible, it's always very excited to meet you! Delivery time depends on which method of delivery you prefer; once your order is placed we will contact you regarding your preferred method. Most popular is with a courier, or with the post office, counter to counter. When possible we do also deliver directly to your lodge or store in person. It's always great to meet you!
